Stock float glass is cut to size for the order.
Larger jumbo sheets are cut and loaded automatically for bigger runs.
Cut edges are ground and polished smooth ahead of processing.
Panels are cleaned before printing or tempering.
Ceramic frit patterns are applied where a design calls for them.
Panels are heat-treated and toughened to the required strength.
Tempered panels are heat-soak tested to catch nickel sulphide inclusions before they leave.
Layers are bonded under heat and pressure for laminated safety glass.
Sealed double-glazed units are assembled for thermal performance.
Final edges are seamed and finished before quality check and dispatch.
